Prepare and deliver a presentation for the induction of new support workers on endorsing positive conduct in the school. Policies and procedures to market positive actions TGA's behavior policies consist of: Golden Rules which are online and on display in all classes, the Behavior and anti bullying guidelines. We also have certain techniques to support and encourage confident behaviour, these are generally: Golden Period – ½ hour Comes to an end afternoon  Praise via adults (smiley faces, stickers etc . )  Great contact with father and mother (a postcard or telephone call home)  " Vivo” tokens, trophy and/or money prize  Individual treat (given time on most liked activity, etc . )  Group handle (to be provided use of exceptional resource, to line up first and so forth )  Class treat (few moments extra play, time upon chosen activity, class celebration)  Further class prize schemes have reached the discretion of the category teacher

We now have a clear procedure for dealing with problems which personnel follow. There are several steps you start with a mental warning and escalating steps by stage. At each level the child is reminded that their behaviour is a choice and provided the opportunity to change it out. By using these methods your children know the expectations, boundaries and sanctions. They are really rewarded intended for positive behaviour. The children include a say in placing the rules. They can be expected to tune in to others to find out about the impact of their behaviour. Children understand the expected effects of their selection of behaviour, i. e. good choices equal rewards and poor choices similar sanctions. Kids will naturally make an effort to push limitations, in order to feel safe and secure, they need to know what the limits are. Uniformity is key, so the children are not really confused, they will know the boundaries and value them because they know they shall be enforced.
